Elements of Elegance
The Elegant Elements You Might Not Notice
When you stand in a Wood-Mode or Brookhaven kitchen you notice the contemporary frameless construction, with the door mounted directly to the cabinet case, or the traditional framed construction, with the door mounted on a front frame. What you might not notice are the brushed handles and pulls, or hidden outlets, sculpted wood accents, all elements your Wood-Mode trained designer can use to create your unique space.
Our framed cabinets are constructed of furniture-quality particleboard for maximum stability and lined with stain-resistant wood grain melamine. Furniture-quality plywood construction with natural maple veneer lining is also available. Your choice of concealed hinges or 180-degree opening decorative hinges allows for maximum access to whatever you store.
Frameless cabinets have concealed, self-closing hinges open 110 degrees and adjust for precise door alignment. For a more contemporary look, frameless cabinets are available with white metal drawers.
Standard construction features include:
- Stained and painted finishes applied in multi-step processes
- Adjustable shelves supported firmly with integrated clips
- Solid maple and cherry dovetail drawer boxes, or the European elegance of stainless steel
- Full-extension under-mount drawer slides for a wider interior storage space, with soft-closing action and special stops to prevent the drawers from being pulled out
Wood-Mode and Brookhaven cabinetry carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects of material or workmanship, so you can count on many years of enjoyment.
